So in 6 to a max of 8 weeks from Aug 30, we acquire an airline, with a cert and a plane, then get on with the charter business, create revs, expand the fleet and get with over the pond routes etc.
Of course in tne mix, will be updated financials filed with the SEC.
Name change, ticker change, bashers with nothing left to bitch and whine about, but they will anyway....losers.
Well, it's all coming together, at the 1 year point since Tony took over. Holy Crap, only 12 months to turn a gigantic mess around, that was headed for bk sure as hell.
Our BOD will deliver....
