$RMRK can't wait til we get more clarification on what the RMRK shell.
Bala is mistaking a few things but yes, RMRK is involved in the merger.
To bad all the filings are under CRCW and Crypto even states they are the subsidiary to CROE Inc on their website under About.
The 14C filed on 8/25 states that is changing and they won't be the subsidiary anymore.
