It Appears that in StrikeForce vs Vasco:
The Markman results concerning the dispute between the parties regarding the construction of the terms (1) "host computer," (2) "access channel"/"first channel" and "authentication channel"/"second channel," and (3) "multichannel security system"/"security system." My recollection is that the Court has agreed with SFORs argument as to (1) and (3).
Indication R&G will win it Appears to be !
