The OWC Pharmaceutical Lawsuit vs. Jeffrey Low has been withdrawn by the plaintiff. They have come to an agreement. Low will receive the 1,604, 480 unrestricted shares that can be sold on the market gradually over a 60 day period, unless OWCP objects and provides evidence that it is having an undue negative impact on the share price.
The other 500,000 shares will remain restricted until there is a resolution and the court orders their sale to satisfy the loan of $105,224 + interest extended to Ziv Turner by OWCP.
This was a no-brainer and fully expected.
