Mr. Rodney P. Hunt is announcing his plan to raise $10,000,000.00 dollars in debt financing from a top bank to capitalize BTDG.PK and begin its restructuring.  As part of Mr. Hunt's BTDG.PK re-launch strategy, he is organizing a capitalization plan to prepare B2 Digital for its course to list on a major exchange. The capital will be used to obtain an audit from a top accounting firm and to fund operations expenses for the company and its subsidiaries. He will be looking to build a solid team and re-establish BTDG as a growth firm in the investment community.
