To further confuse the situation, what is the current money raised from new shares being used for? Most people assume one of the toxic debt holders is converting debt to shares and people (including myself) are jumping to the conclusion Gurba does not have the preferred share A & B conversion under control. Maybe.
Perhaps the company is issuing shares to pay off the money owed on the prior Machinery Division creation, so we can close that out and get it off the books to concentrate solely on transportation. This might not be a bad idea.
What is annoying is how the retail shareholders are always treated like an afterthought. Gurba should realize he needs our good will to keep the stock price up.
From now on, the news releases need to be more informative than what we just got.
