cycles work until they don't .. when they don't the turn kicks in

the key is volume .. NR can play their bogus bs till the cows come home
provided they can string enough *volume* to work their %s
here's GIGL .. today .. remember they have an IO (not float) of about 10M
more than PTOI ~
