Good time frame. May take longer or may be sooner.
I just don't know where some people come up with dollar valuations within the end of the year time frame and then when you disagree with them and provide constructive information to support your opinion, you're thrown into the wolves and labeled because you don't want to drink the Kool Aid they're offering you.
