Its all speculation. That is all we have because the company does not release any information. The 21mm and 500mm is speculation. Until I see it on an AUDITED financial statement, it is speculation to me. I just hope their silence is due to that reason. That they have to be extremely cautious and careful to how they implement and release these funds and then it will be proven on an audited statement.
