Just to clarify what I think was met, in NO way is naked shorting an ACTUAL dilution of shares. We have a very small float and whatever someone shorting a stock does does NOT affect how many actual, real shares of the company there are.

So I assume that what is meant is, the float is artificially increased because there are "shares" being traded that do not exist.

However at some point any such fake shares are going to have to be covered when the stock moves up, and the more any criminal does this, the more he is going to feel pain in the future when whichever one of our clinical trials that successfully concludes first makes the share price skyrocket.
