When a judge takes a matter under advisement or under submission, it means they will think about it, possibly do additional research and render a ruling or decision later. Some jurisdictions set a time limit upon which a case may be under advisement. We will have to see what the rule of thumb is here to see if there is a time limit. However, I would not be surprised to see something within 30 days.
