The management of RHMB are brilliant as has been proven in the past. As to the fact that they don't own any shares in RMHB as yet its because they don't have to use their own money to buy shares for 2 years from the grant. Why use your own money if it isn't necessary. There will be time enough in the near future to take possession of shares. As they continue on their path of making RMHB a great recognized company the stock price will rise and their options will increase in value as will the other investors. Its all great news. The options are a super incentive to produce results for the shareholders.
