Hawk Im concerned about the drivers who tried to get thru and did but first got soaked. I talking about the small produce farmers moving product not under inspection/ agency management. There is a whole underground industry of food product not governed by state and local authorities.

It's not just Houston but shipments in the whole region that travel thru the area.
