By the end of this week, 100% of the float will have been "pulled" and put in cert form which will take the entire float out of trading.
Oh really? Guess what?
I just called the transfer agent. They have not received a SINGLE request for physical certs. Not ONE.
I also asked about the dividend. I was told that the company finally got in touch with their counsel, and said it was "postponing" the divvy.
I'm not quite sure how you "postpone" a supposed quarterly dividend.
