This is completely wrong. The management has stated many times that there will be NO reverse split.
Nothing "forces" a reverse split if the management will not do it.
Our smart CEO knows that the shorts LOVE reverse splits. Reverse splits enable small traders to short stocks. Sub-1.00 stocks usually can't be shorted by actual individual small traders although they can and are shorted by hedge funds and large traders.
This is why the bashers at lieHUB keep calling for a reverse split, despite Mr. Ehrlich's repeated statements that he will NOT do a reverse split. They want a reverse split so that they can try to short the stock more easily.
(not) Sorry, shorts, you are NOT going to get your wish.
