Hopefully that will be the case with CBD infused products. I believe all that Gerry meant was it wouldn't be wise to take a start up company directly into a position where they could get slammed by the feds. It would definitely be nice to see it be pursued. When it was first mentioned by Jerry Grisaffi, the feds were just hinting about the possibility of leveraging schedule 1 classification to benefit big pharma, but now if they're actually making threats, it may be best to just built the brand with hemp infusion until the risk factor is removed.
