It's a possibility, but not for CBD infused products, at least not until we see a reversal on the part of the FDA and DEA who are apparently going ahead with turning yet another trick for big pharma who unfortunately pays most of their salaries and screws all of the taxpaying US citizens they are supposed to be representing.

Gerry David is right, unfortunately. As long as the cease and desist letters continue to go out to the CBD producers/marketers, it's just a matter of time before some examples are made. You don't want to be one of the examples after you've invested heavily in large quantities of CBD infused product. It's all good though for RMHB because they will still be a leader in the hemp infused niche and that's huge.
