Why do you think the court case is 50/50? DECN has prevailed over J&J already and much of the same argument is still in play as evidenced by J&J's rather weak response. If you have any other proof or argument that J&J has a better chance of winning, I'm sure we'd all like to hear about that.

As you mentioned, let's see what kind of rebuttal J&J comes back with and the results will speak for themselves in Nov.
