Technically, they are locked in at .035 and .045 at their discretion. Even if they pulled the horse crap eluded to by shit slingers, they could easily multiply the value of shares acquired that cheaply many times over with just pump and dump, so I'm willing to bet they exercise all options and then grow this company and it's brands as big as they can.
