That can be looked at two different ways. The first, as you stated would be to make absolutely certain that a 100% ironclad case can be made for collusion. Or, he may be turning over every stone to be certain he checks everything before declaring no collusion. He's nothing if efficient.

I'm not of the same mind that the orange turd will resign. His narcissistic, megalomania and Mussolini-like persona may not allow it.

Ultimately though, something will give. I'll still stick with the two years and out scenario by some means.
