To many issues with current management see post on IHUB. We have no financials contro;s intact and yet we are R/S ing why> Absoltutely no chance of up list currently until many issues are addressed. Only reason I see for a R/S is they need more bonus shares for management. Just gave out another 38 mil after period ending. A.S is almost empty. Truly showing incompetence.
