ironically since every troll out there refers to that price .. the volume done
for those trades (original crew working vehicle of choice back in Dec 2009)
is statistically irrelevant in 2017 ..
key stats imo remain with mgmt's execution @ very specific price points
the first being the last time PTOI was illegally manipulated up .. Jan 2013
stopped out @ 1.49 because back then 1.50 to 1.65 presented NR with issues
each round is reset lower .. till last *lengthy* round of 5c ..
clearly goal of resetting 52 week low .. is on tap .. i know it's a shock to some
but not to others .. curious to see if anything is claimed and/or marked today
