Back to the standoff again, it appears. It's like watching a tug of war game where both sides have dug in and aren't willing to give ground, but aren't looking to mount an offensive vs the other side. 

If the float is close to being locked, then it's only a matter of time for the ceiling to blow out. The only thing that will hinder that, is impatience and flipping.
