The GeckoSystems ruling by Scotus makes it possible for small companies like SFOR to go after individuals, market makers, and companies like NITE ETRF etc. Cases can now be filed at the state level so some of these individuals and MM s that have been attacking SFOR and Mark Kay they should be worried about R&G...and Blank Rome..
