I agree completely, it's best to be a little vague as you indicated, 3rd or 4th quarter. I was surprised by the 9/15 or sooner but happy at the same time because of the confidence displayed by management. Whever it gets done it will be a hell of an accomplishment by Tony. If he had not taken over our shares would be worth nothing.
