1) Back in the Berman-Cox Era they used to send status letters to shareholders of record. For a start that would be nice. I suspect all the known large shareholders with greater than 4% ownership know the status of the 6 million financing - I have no way to get this information today.
2) The decision, to merge with TAUG originally, and the reasons for that choice have not been evident. Clearly in the aftermath, it was a bad decision by those that made the decision. Has a lesson learned analysis been done - so as not to repeat this mistake when the next opportunity presents itself?
