As far as karma, it looks like the company got screwed again with illegal shares. None of those jokers have paid for the loans the company provided to buy shares. The signed contract to return them after getting fired doesnt seem to be effective- Low can sell 1.6MM of the ones he got from Ziv anytime he wants. They dont seem to have the ability to get them paid for, outside of a 500000 share holdback as some type of security. Not sure if the story is over, but sure looks like it. Low looks like the winner with the award of 1.6MM shares for a total cost to him a LOT less than they are worth.
