Think I'm following you. Not the tape but the quote price. Need the volume to move the price to move the market makers.
And the ankle bone is connected to the...leg bone.
I do hate getting partial fills when I'm sitting on the bid. If it's moving though I won't hesitate to go slightly over the ask so I don't miss out.
