i'd use 3M to 5M to get the plant back on line .. fully staffed .. and the hiring
of a dedicated internal sales force working in alignment with the expertise
of a company on par with OBG ..

of course as has been noted previously .. mgmt has options including selling
the plant in conjunction with the blending site

only mgmt has a clue as to which direction is being pursued this year

last year's indication by mgmt was that the blending site would be leased
which makes sense if *intent* is to bring NF plant back on line
