$PSGR 8/24 in the Early Morning. Looks like someone is taking advantage of the $0.04/share price and buying a SMALL amount of shares (3,000) this morning. Investors still have no word back from Pershing Resources about the (potential) Blackridge purchase of shares. The original 'agreement' for purchase was that Blackridge would have a 10 day low price window to settle upon the share purchase price. In other words, once Blackridge committed to buy the stock, the LOWEST share price for the PRIOR 10 day period was the price Blackridge would pay.
Shareholders do not know who is buying the stock. However, one could speculate that maintaining a low price through the purchase of SMALL numbers of shares would benefit Blackridge as it would keep share price artificially low. Other plausible answers (speculations) could be: 1) Small buys by first time investors 2) A prelude to much larger volume buys by someone testing the waters to see who has shares to sell at a lower price 3) A current share holder who wants to sell his/her shares and get out 4) ?????? it happens.
Remain positive! The stock is NOT currently worthless and the mine sites/claims retain some value. Shareholders have suffered Ups & Downs on this puppy for many years. Investors should have answers to their questions to CORPORATE Pershing Resources within the next 6 months or so. Either the share price starts climbing and everyone breathes a bit easier /OR/ the share price remains the same or tumbles. For now, I remain positive that the share price will increase AND remain at the higher share price. The past year or two of Corporate claims purchases leads me to believe the bottom on this ride has been reached. I have spent too much time on this roller coaster to choose to believe anything else.
