Who is Jeffrey Low to Ziv? I suspect they know each other well and have had a business relationship since well before Ziv Turner was terminated.
If you look at Document #11, Exhibit G, the Termination letter to Ziv Turner by OWCP's lawyer, it makes it clear that OWCP management was not happy about Ziv's relationship with Jeffrey Low.
Yes on paper Jeffrey Low paid $1 for the shares. In reality we all know, or should know, that he paid much more.
