FYI, We keep hearing projections of 100MM QD displays by 2020-21 but OEMs do not have the capacity in their Fabs right now. I only found bits and pieces and mostly outdated numbers in the links below. BOE announced another new 10.5 Fab last week - I posted about it. An interesting fact is that the number of Fabs is limited to how many Litho Tools Nikon can make(the equipment that goes in the factory). It is limited to one per month. Canon may gear up to handle some of the new demand.
Gen 10.5 can cost $7B and produce 1.5M large panels. That is a lot of investment, but if hypothetically each panel is $1000, then sales for that factory are $1.5B/year.
