Just for clarification that purchase was to be done under RMHB Asia holdings that Ms Lili owns controling interest in --- There was speculation that RMHB Asia would fall under RMHB USA and form one entity .. Not gonna happen
At this point there is no consideration of merging the corps. as Ms Li is keeping China separate - Per a call a bit ago was told with current share structure Ms Li owns a tad less than 32% of RMHB USA If she wants to ride RMHB USA Gerry will make her pay up for that privilege
Hope this clears up issues with folks .. RMHB is a stand alone company based in USA
