So Pluto your saying it's a settlement our nothing.
In Federal Court almost all lawsuits that make it past the pleading stage settle. That is the most important function that the Judge Magistrates fulfill.
As a friend of mine once said, the continuum for settlements runs from Tin to Platinum. The best time to settle is when the case has reached Gold.
