I do not blame Gregg at all for taking the company "offline" either. He was getting battered from all of the bashers. Developing an idea into a working company is difficult even under ideal circumstances.

Anyway, even though this is a positive development, I am not going to get all excited until more information is available. On the surface, this deal seems a bit odd to me. A household appliance company merging with an electronic tracking company? Seems like an odd couple. Perhaps Gotraq just needs a source of capital to get the technology off the ground. Then again, we need more info.
