Atlas great post. Regarding the obvious Longside short and their efforts to bankrupt NTEK it should be noted NTEK does have a plan B to pay off the settlement should the 21M take a bit longer to reach NTEK's account.

Per a reply I received from IR, a few days ago, they have a contingency plan for a short term loan to pay off the settlement in full. IR also confirmed the settlment in cash is approx 1M and 2M in shares.
