You take everything out of context and you absolutely know nothing about corporate governance, disclosure of material events, etc. I hope that the company does not listen to your "retired" guidance. Instead of obsessing about traders, you should focus on "how would a rationale investor value it can a rationale investor value this company" the answer is a clear NO. You don't know what the share count is, whether the recent subscription is completed, net debt, net sales forecasts? Nothing.
This is not a private company perhaps you are missing that. Obsess on bringing high quality investors here not obsessing on IHub morons. You will do better.
