I did a little research on management at Vasco. Up until the lawsuit being filed , management was acquiring their own stock. As soon as the lawsuit was filed, management started selling on a regular basis starting on 3-27-2017. The CEO Kendall Hunt has sold about $3,889,384.00 worth of shares with bulk of it in the last 2 months. He still has over 7 million shares, but that is a almost 4 million dollars disposed of. He has sold almost $800,000 in the last 3 weeks..hmmm what does he know..I think it is interesting. It is all at the SEC if anyone wants to check under Form 4 for Vasco Data Security. I dont think he would be selling that much if things were going well. GO SFOR hang in there folks.
