Keeping people in the dark only helps the morons on the other board but how can a company now disclose whether they got the funding or not, if so at what price? The current marcap is 90*0.067= less than 6mn and you are getting more than 3 mn at what price?
Also, disclosure on SA order + uplisting + new M&A suitor are simply customed for retards. Why does not the company talk about these events? We are on the floor, what's the hatred for?
