The shares that company executives can sell each quarter are strictly limited and negligible in the grand scheme of things - all covered in great detail in the filings 9which is one of the many things I like about $DIGX).

No company selling has been evident (previously there used to be large T-trades after hours at non-retail prices - hasn't happened for months).

Also, for those that haven't been following long-term:

There has been no dilution in 2017.

There is no intention - or need - to have a reverse split.
