Stocks often go up on rumor and down when the facts are known. We, more or less, have seen that with OWCP. Furthermore, we have witnessed sustained selling pressure that has eroded support levels and caused a downtrend in the pps. While I agree startups and OTC companies require a lot of patience, this "sustained selling pressure" does nothing but erode confidence in existing and prospective stockholders, investors, vendors,etc.
So, even though the Company appears solvent it needs meaningful news in the near term before it (the Company) finds itself without the financial means to continue their research and development. The fact that OWCP's situation is not unique to the OTC market does not make our investment any safer.
