Safety studies for the psoriasis cream? Of course they're started. That's the Phase I that was IRB approved. Phase I is safety study. Some that have been in contact with OWCP were also told that they had begun. However, it takes time to recruit candidates and have them go through the whole process. It could take 6 months to get 24 participants lined up(or however many are in the study). Not saying it will, but it's a reality of clinical trials.

Also, since IP protection has been filed and negotiations are underway, I'm sure that for the most part Phase I is done or almost done. And the results of Phase I are contained in the IP protection applications.
