In today's 10Q -HealthTalk Live changed its name to Right on Brands, Inc. It follows that a ticker change in in the works.
This is a good change and I expect to see a stock jump tomorrow. Right on brands describes what they do more than HealthTalk Live.
Do not know if the CUSIP changes, but the naked shorts must resolve. Expect shorters to try and dump, just my guess.
Also, Right on brands should keep the radio shows, but it is their decision.
"During August 2017, the Company changed its name from Healthtalk Live, Inc. to Right On Brands, Inc. via merger with its wholly owned subsidiary. The wholly owned subsidiary was dissolved after the merger."
