I skimmed the report as well and it certainly lacks the clarity I was hoping for. I found the funding they did something I anticipated, so that didn't disturb me, but they were completely unclear about either the status of the safety trial, or the trials we were told about by those who spoke with Mediq.

I believe it's clear that the company needs to do something more to inform investors, this IMHO was something that their legal advisor's may have loved, as it was non-committal about everything, but it leaves investors with little to nothing to get excited about.
