Check out the volume -- look at the last 5 candles at the right of the chart.

In my opinion this low volume is very good. No one is selling, there are some who want to buy -- as evidenced by the fact that in the first half hour there were about 42,000 shares traded (up) and then just about 14,000 the rest of the day, walking the price back down on trades of varying sizes, some quite small.
No supply. What's going to happen when there is news and big demand?
