The story sounds good but the chart is in bad shape. If I didn't know any better, I'd say there's some dilution or large shareholders dumping. I do own a few and unfortunately now looking for a point where to average down at once the chart resets. She might find some support in the .015 area. After that, if now reversal yet, then it's probably .01.
