$SIGO: I would now expect the S-1 to be withdrawn and perhaps a new S-1 filed at a higher offering price ($1.50, maybe 1.3M shares) given current share price of 1.64. They have to raise money to pay the proposed dividend and fund operations. Plenty of drama and profitable trade opportunity but one must be alert. Gonna be interesting.
