This " 18 hour " ' study ', if you could justly call it that, uses questionable rationale & premature extrapolations to conclude toxic QD's are pretty much a non-factor. But the train has already left the station on this topic, by virtue of the OEM's adopting CD-free on their own, EPA or no EPA.
