So, with so many great things happening, HJOE should be preparing to come back, right? They can't keep kicking the can down the road because they keep making good progress. In fact, that should be the impetus for them to come back, not keep delaying it based on good news happening.

It doesn't sound like they have a definitive plan other than "we got your back, we have a plan" but that isn't a plan, that's just a sentence with no substance.

So, yes or no...has anyone heard a definitive, specific plan (with time frames) on when they are going to try to come back? At least, do what they can do? Of course there are other moving parts they cannot control, but I'm specifically talking about actions they have to implement to get this started?
