My guess now would be Q2 either just before or just after the close followed by PR and gap up Monday - or + 24 hours on both.
Will depend on attorney approval of PR and whether they already have that or whether they aren't turning their attention to the PR until after the Q2 is up.
Usually 1 to 2 days between the 2 (1 on Q1).
